交易周期和交易策略是交流的基础，没有这个基础一切交流都是胡说八道。
首先谈谈交易周期，大概分为四类：头皮交易，日内交易，波段交易，长线交易，对应的交易时间大概是几秒，几小时，几天，几星期。
头皮交易，日内交易适合小资金，资金利用率高，止损小，资金翻仓快，缺点是容易被消息影响，止损做不好要大亏。
波段交易，长线交易适合大资金，不受日内消息影响，能过滤很多噪音，操作起来比较轻松舒服，缺点是资金利用率低。止损大。
