本周的黄金节奏是白盘反弹上涨，美盘过后冲高回落。围绕四小时收窄的上下轨区间，上下都突破了，最终还是回到区间范围内。
现在上下轨的位置与关键的支撑阻力分界线重合了，上轨与四小时紫色趋势线年线位置重合在1802，下轨与红色趋势线分界线位置重合在1773。
因此，对于今日的黄金来说，关注上下轨的区间范围1773-1802区域，以生命线1788作为分界切换主动权，亚盘确定的方向，在欧盘时段进行跟随，然后一直看选定的方向到美盘前，美盘过后就是反向思维对待了。
关注午后到欧盘这段时间的进场机会，参考时间循环和空间切换对待黄金即可。
