建筑工程设计资质分为三个等级，分别是甲级、乙级和丙级。在资质要求上，有相同的地方也有不同的地方。接下来就为大家介绍一下这三个等级分别对资质都有什么要求。
在从事建筑设计时间上，甲级需要满足时间达到6年以上、乙级需要满足时间达到4年以上、丙级则需要满足时间达到3年以上；
独立承接工程方面，甲级需要满足不少于5项工程等级为一级的或特级的工程项目设计并已建成且没有设计质量事故、乙级需要满足不少于3项工程等级为二级及以上的工程项目设计并已建成且没有设计质量事故、丙级则需要满足不少于3项工程等级为三级以上的工程项目设计并已成且没有设计质量事故。
单位社会信誉都需要良好并有一定的经济实力，甲、乙、丙级的工商注册资本分别不少于100万元、50万元、20万元。
对于单位专职技术骨干和其他专业人员数量，甲、乙、丙级分别各不少于8-8-10、6-6-8、10人，甲、乙级的一级注册建筑师和一级注册结构工程师均不少于3人、1人，丙级是二级注册建筑师和二级注册结构工程师都不能少于3人，或一级注册结构工程师和一级注册结构工程师不少于1人。
