休假期间，俄罗斯总统普京与白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科进行会谈，会谈表示与乌克兰的谈判出现了“一些积极的变化”，且谈判几乎每天都在进行，消息传出后，美元指数最初下跌，但由于没透露任何细节，随后美元逐渐恢复涨势；预期美联储将在3月15-16日政策会议结束时开始升息，以遏制通胀，这也支撑美元。
而在此消息及全球经济流动影响下，美元的走强开始对于美国三大股指的支撑，虽然持续阶梯式的下探，但短期内还是有了一部份的支撑，日内有望反弹，中期看下探机会高，等碰到趋势线可向上做多。
目前凯特通道在盘整区间，快碰到下轨日内反弹机会多，空方压力较为强势，可等碰线反弹机会进场。
