烏克蘭與俄羅斯談判傳出樂觀消息，導致全球大宗商品價格回落，緩和物價通貨膨脹壓力，昨日打壓澳幣和紐元等商品貨幣下滑，並隨著烏克蘭和俄羅斯衝突升級，威脅經濟增長前景，瑞士政府預計今年該國經濟成長將下調至 2.8%，衝擊瑞士法郎走貶，而且烏克蘭戰爭及 COVID-19 疫情突顯全球供鍊崩潰，可能令歐盟無法獲得芯片、食品、能源和原材料的供應，加劇對歐洲經濟成長的擔憂，推低歐元兌美元匯價至 1.0899 低點。
據西班牙公布 1 月零售銷售較去年同期增長 4.0% 遠優於預期，法國 1 月貿易逆差亦縮減至 80.3 億歐元，並隨著市場對烏克蘭與俄羅斯和平談判取得進展的冀望提振風險偏好，對美元的避險需求及推動歐元區公債收益率上升，而且投資人焦點將轉向本周美國、日本和英國等多個央行的貨幣政策會議，扶助歐元兌美元回升至高點 1.0993。預估今日歐元兌美元阻力於 1.0970-90，支撐於 1.0880-1.0900。
