日本上週五公布 2 月全國消費者物價指數 (CPI) 較去年同期升 0.9% 高與前值，核心 CPI 則如預期較上年同期漲 0.6%，創兩年來最大增幅，顯示通貨膨脹壓力增加，但日本央行 (BOJ) 結束貨幣政策會議如預期維持利率目標在負 0.1% 及承諾引導十年期公債收益率在 0% 左右，亦警告烏克蘭危機帶來極高不確定性，總裁黑田東彥更表示通貨膨脹上升主因是大宗商品價格上漲，無需撤出經濟刺激舉措，強化 BOJ 與全球收緊貨幣政策方向大相逕庭，並據路透調查，俄羅斯向烏克蘭發動戰爭後，企業在供應中斷和能源價格飆升中掙扎，日本大型製造商第一季企業信心料較不樂觀，令日圓承壓，美元兌日圓自 118.45 低點走高。
預估今日美元兌日圓支撐於 118.90-119.10，阻力於 119.70-90。
