中國國務院總理劉鶴上周表示政府將推出支持經濟措施，激勵中國股市反彈，有利澳幣走勢，而且市場預計烏克蘭戰爭持續及西方國家對俄羅斯的制裁可能愈加嚴厲，導致債券收益率飆升，並對液化天然氣和煤炭等大宗商品價格長期繁榮的預期，昨日推升澳幣兌日圓匯率至 2015 年 12 月以來最高，帶動歐元兌美元觸及 1.1043 高點。
隨後德國伊福經濟研究所 (Ifo) 表示，受俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭影響，調降德國今年經濟增長預估至 2.2%-3.1% 及上調通貨膨脹預期至 5.1%-6.1%，並據歐洲央行 (ECB) 管理委員會委員維斯科稱，若歐元區各國採取行動緩解物價上漲，ECB 可保持寬鬆政策場，而且美國總統拜登準備與歐洲領導人對莫斯科實施更多制裁，緊張局勢升級，打擊歐元兌美元至 1.0962 低點。預估今日歐元兌美元阻力於 1.1010-30，支撐於 1.0920-40。
