#银行卡又被冻结了#今年被冻了两次，去银行柜台两次都没法解封，换卡也被冻，做交易太难了，原本在交易里就很难赚钱了，结果出金还被冻，最好警惕建设银行和工商银行，很容易被冻，只要资金上游有问题，只要触碰银行的风控系统，冻了，就得去柜台打流水，很麻烦，加上现在是疫情期间，去一次柜台就得花上一天时间，有时候还不见得摆的平。
