为啥会冻卡？电汇可以解决这个问题
最近看到很多冻卡的，冻卡的根本原因是 券商出入金的方式。目前券商大多数都是用数字货币方式出入金，数字货币其实可以理解为地下黑钱庄，目的是xi钱的。数字货币出入金的rmb有一些是hei钱，这个黑qian流动到谁卡里，就冻结谁的卡。
唯一不会冻卡的出入金方式是电汇，电汇出入金每笔钱都会通过银行审核，外管局监管，所以不会冻卡。最好的方式大额的，在香港有一张香港银行卡，过渡一下。
