Hal ini membuat USD mendapatkan perhatian pasar kembali dan mengalami penguatan yang signifikan. Tentu hal ini mengingat mengenai tensi Rusia yang masih penuh dengan ketidakpastian sehingga USD sebagai asset yang diminati investor dibanding asset lainnya.
