星期一开盘减掉了a50和恒生指数大部分仓位，这两天看，少赚了很多。本来我在这段反弹行情，一直都是尽量加仓的策略。股市很简单，不是涨就是跌，我觉得跌了这么多也该涨涨了，所以就一直做多，效果当然是很不错的，亏的钱也回来了。可是因为仓位太重，白天一直看担心回调，晚上美国乱搞更是弄得一晚上都睡不到好觉。这次减仓虽然少赚了很多钱，但是这两天却睡得很香。社区总是在强调要坚决止损，其实我觉得止损和不止损真的都有好有坏。比如我做股指，我的本金很少，股指波动又很大，我不得不很小的点位止损。上周一，光是止损一天就亏了两万多。其实，我不止损周二就都涨回来了，而我因为止损太多，即使在最后加大了仓位，现在股指也超过上周一很多，账户离那天的高点还差一大截。所以止损和不止损，并不是绝对的对错。
