#XAU/USD# 【9月房贷利率继续下行，86城低至下限】贝壳研究院发布重点城市主流房贷利率数据：2022年9月贝壳研究院监测的103个重点城市主流首套房贷利率为4.15%，二套利率为4.91%，分别较上月回落17个、15个基点；本月平均放款周期为25天，与上月基本持平。受8月22日5年期以上LPR下调的影响，9月百城房贷利率均有所下调，截止到9月19日，已有86城房贷主流利率低至首套4.10%，二套4.90%的下限水平。
