有时侯心情低落,并不是因为事情真如你想象的那么坏,而是因为你想得太多了,你越想,事情就越“坏”,越想,心情就越低落。 当你心情低落时,最好的方法就是一个人出去走走,或者看场电影,或奢侈奢侈一下,吃一顿平时舍不得吃的大餐。小小旅游一下,看看外面的风景。其实挺怀念之前常走出国门之外不同国度的别样风情。总之让自己有事做,不要闲着瞎想,想得太多,不仅不能帮助你,反而会让心情不好,事情也焦头烂额,更处理不好。 也不要动不动就倾其所有与一些不想干的人事,与其卑微到尘土里,不如留一些骄傲与疼爱给自己。 懒惰,拖延,堕落,以后要付出的就越多,以后要负担的就越多,所以,别说现在的生活并不是你想要的,但确实是你自找的,人生的很多不如意,并不是你运气不好,不是你不够漂亮,不是你没有机会,而是因为你自己没有去慢慢扎根。❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹
