馬斯克完成440億美元收購推特交易 立即開除執行長等4高層
世界首富馬斯克（Elon Musk）27日晚間完成以440億美元收購推特（Twitter Inc）的交易，而在完成交易後的第一步就是開除這家社群媒體公司數名高階主管。他曾指控推特高階主管在垃圾帳號數量上誤導他。
知情人士指出，馬斯克解雇推特執行長亞格拉沃（Parag Agrawal）、財務長西格爾（Ned Segal）、法律事務和政策主管蓋德（Vijaya Gadde）及總顧問艾捷特（Sean Edgett）。
消息人士還說，完成交易時，亞格拉沃和西格爾等人在推特的舊金山總部，後來被保全護送出去。
推特、馬斯克和高階主管沒有立即回應置評請求。
彭博社報導，馬斯克這筆440億美元的交易，是按每股54.2元，向現有的股東收購股份。
