黄金解析：
日线结构上，上周一黄金大幅回撤，跌至10日线，技术上该有的回撤被一步到位的调整完，这也就使得后面的行情走势显得不那么有延续性。而在基本面预期的作用下，市场看涨情绪一直推升行情走高，连续四个交易日收阳，将行情拖回至5日线上方，这样的状态整体还是震荡的，但也说明在基本面预期的作用下，市场情绪整体偏多。本周黄金在连续4日收阳上涨后，技术上是要有回修需求的，而随着美联储利率表决定的临近，市场情绪也会趋于冷静，行情出现回撤也可以理解，但预期调整空间不会很大，下方着重关注5，10日线1787，1782附近争夺，如果跌破，则下方再看20日线1765，不过在美联储利率决定前，行情回撤至此的可能性不会很大。周初上方则继续关注上方1805-10压力带，前一周以及上周行情均未突破此压说明此处是存在很大的技术压制的，如果想要突破，更多可能还是要借助基本面的力量，一旦基本面助其突破，则上方可期1830附近。
黄金策略：
日内上方接触1805-1810即可空单，止损7，目标1780
