Day trading 日内交易是见效果最快的，也是初学者最喜欢的，但是也是最锻炼交易者，尤其是对于适应Prop Firm自营交易规则而言，又要控制风险，又要跑出利润，还要把握手数（轻了不行，重了不可），分寸要拿捏的恰到好处，稳准狠，每次进场的风险，和收益预估，都要做到心中有数，不恋战，有节制。降低交易频率的同时，又要提高交易质量。
