但是如果我今天自己来做这件工作的话，明天我还是要继续做下去。
如果我现在投资一点时间教别人做，我就不会永远是唯一知道怎样做的人，而且有时候或者是任何时候都可以让别的人来替我做。
避免我对时间方面的挫折感。
最快的方法就是培养认清事实，了解自己在哪方面可以改变和在哪方面不能改变的能力，
然后做一个合乎逻辑的决定，采取有生产性的行动继续前进。
