社区里每天都是晒盈利的，让人有种错觉好像交易赚钱很容易一样，但真相是大多数都是在苦苦挣扎中。
这个星期也是有些上头，首单被套后违背了自己定的规则，又开始抗单逆势加仓，仓位一重就影响自己的心理了，今天在TK上看到这位汇友的帖子，自己沉默了一会，也不再纠结了，有余粮活着才是最重要的，把手上亏损加仓的单子都平掉只留底单，风险减少容错空间增大，心里立马轻松了许多。
走上这条路真的很难回头了，只能时刻提醒自己做好风险控制、情绪管理，不能放松。
