1、对于自己不熟悉的品种尽量少参与，不了解品种的振幅和特性容易吃暗亏
2、人性绝对经受不住金钱的诱惑，所以尽量不要单一品种过于重仓，以免重仓带来的过大的浮盈或浮亏乱了心智导致持仓不坚定，而且重仓单品种交易一旦出错造成大幅亏损很可能会让人一蹶不振
3、风险始终伴随着交易，一定严守止损规则，不要随便去移动止损
4、止损不宜设置的太小，以免行情振幅大止损的次数太多影响心态
5、交易开仓在进场的时候尽量保持耐心让入场位置更接近于止损点一些，这样止损时可以尽量缩小损失
6、开仓的时候规划好止盈区间，止盈金额一定要大于止损金额，最好是止损的2倍以上，在行情没有到达止损和止盈之前不要平仓
7、少盯盘，计划你的交易，交易你的计划，一直盯着持仓只会让你难以按耐住想提前平仓的冲动
