5/18重点事件回顾:
1.昨日晚间，美国众议院议长麦卡锡终于松口，表示最终不会出现债务违约，周日前达成债务上限协定是可行的。虽然已经超过预定的时间，不过拜登将于周日召开新闻发布会，白宫期望在下周达成协议。
2.美国 4 月份新屋开工数与周二的零售销售相同，都由负转正，从三月的-0.8%成长至 2.2%，显示住宅房地产市场正在逐步复苏。
3.拜登对于美债上限谈判的信心喊话，为股市投下定海神针，加上目标百货财报获利超预期，美股昨日大反攻，主指皆上涨超1%。
