1.美国5月新屋开工年率增长21.7%，至163万户，创出 2016 年以来最大增幅。同时营建许可攀升5.28%，至149万户。该数据的强劲增长暗示美国经济可能会被房市带起，不过也要注意通膨是否有反弹的机会。
2.美股方面三大主指昨日小幅收跌，特斯拉于此波回档中逆势出头收涨5%，继福特、通用之后，美国的电动车厂Rivian昨日也表示将开始使用特斯拉的充电标准，另外现代汽车总裁兼执行长 Jaehoon Chang昨日表示考虑让自家的电动车更容易与特斯拉在北美推动的充电标准相容。
