7.24-7.29日总结双账户共计亏损7.3w，原因是周三 26日有一单黄金开仓过大，而且密集开了3.6手，最后止损，把周一周二24.25日的利润损了，周四大数据，美日开仓过大，刚好8.15的时候有急事办事，然后没有把美日在数据前设一个小的止损点，最后手动止损，黄金小仓位，早上有两个1.6手看涨的1970的单子在数据前没有取消，由于正在忙，没有看盘，大跌的时候自动成交了，导致严重亏损，而在支撑位1961 1960 1957 1958 1955过程中抄底，也被损，所以，导致了这周的重大损失，决策失误，没有认真分析盘面，抄底过于激进，特别是在数据的时候这次也是唯一次没有在数据前设好小止损，没有设置止损，是这周损失的主要原因，最后全部手动大止损了，而周四这次也是今年跌的最厉害的一次，40美金黄金下跌，也是罕见，血的教训。8月是新的交易月，以此为鉴，继续努力，我相信这次的跌倒，是为了以后能走的更远。加油~
