8.1日，昨天再次失败，亏损1100美元，最终还是涨上去了。亏损的主要原因是买点的细节上做的不好，导致抢跑了。另外，昨天白天应该还是优先做空。被毒打的千疮百孔，还得继续咬牙坚持。在原本的规则的入场部分做了微调，对15f出次高低的信号做了修正，希望能有作用。继续前行吧。
今日黄金计划：4h趋势空，1h趋势涨，跟随1h做多。1h回落后，15f上找次低点做多。若该次低点与1h信号不共振，则15f突破形成向上趋势时做多。止损上一个15f低点，止盈15f的次高点或趋改。就这么一个简单的方法，就是做不好，不是执行犹豫就是细节控制不好，还得多做模拟盘训练。
