很明顯的，美國三大指數目前皆有不同步的情況，小道、小那兩樣情。我們嘗試著抽絲剝繭，從細節中看強弱。
小道瓊：昨晚的下殺再度創下收盤波段新低，自然是目前唯一空方表態，也是最弱的一檔指數。消息面上還是以銀行股的重創為主，自然可聯想到大型銀行可能被調降信評的利空導致。
小那斯達克：行情走到週一收盤可以看出反彈氣勢最強，日線格局上一個十字星線帶隔天的長紅暴衝，為原本積弱不振的科技股帶來反攻的氣勢。氣勢一出就要如虹，該強就得走強，昨晚的小那帶了長上影線，視為前方長黑壓力有效，對於多方的進攻自然是不好。
小S&P：一如既往的走在小道和小那之間，不像小道來得如此弱勢，也不像小那相對較強，就是介於之間的走勢。由此也可得知小S&P雖然不會是短期內操作的對象，但卻是很重要的參考。當小S&P的天平偏向某一個方向，那就會是相對確定的趨勢走向。
