这两天圈子里一直流动的一个的策略，通过一段时间的观摩，也着手跟盘手这块合作了。为什么会选择这个策略呢？
第一，他是纯手工交易，单单带止损止盈，这个是我的非常欣赏的地方。不用害怕出现太大的回撤，而且盘手对行情的分析也是顶级的。
第二，他的风控做的非常不错，除了严格止损外，在行情出现的逆势，会及时止损，做出调整。
第三，盘手的心态很稳定，几乎没有出现失控的情况，也许今天会发生亏损，但是他不急于立马进厂找回来，而且调整心态，第二天寻找合适的进厂机会。
一个合格的盘手，最重要的是心态和风控，这个是很难得可贵的，所以我推荐这个策略!
