大A这几天老出现个词“恶意做空”，真不知道恶意做空是什么意思，规则是你们制定的，人家用你制定的规则打败你，就叫恶意作空？那他善意做多，亏了谁赔？就像阿法狗跟人类下围棋，把人类打败，这能叫恶意打败人类吗？人家机器人每一步可都是在规则之内下棋的。
作为规则制定者，“恶意”这个词要慎用，人家做空，是因为做空能赚到钱，你完全可以用资金爆拉打爆空头。让人家付出带血的筹码。而不是技不如人，就要从肉体上消灭对方，要恶意做空者牢底坐穿。
这哪里像在博弈。人家用你制定的规则打败你，规则是你定的，做空做多都没有错。要从肉体上制裁对方，这就违背契约精神了。
大家进入金融市场博弈，本质上都是为了逐利，高手交易都是没有情绪的，根本不存在恶意，善意。拼的就是策略，智慧，运算，又不是动用了黑客技术，修改了游戏规则，要从肉体上去制裁人家就没意思了。
契约是维持社会秩序正常运转的基石。就连万能的上帝，都曾与犹太人订立契约。契约就是规则。
