【国务院办公厅：研究稳妥推动更多符合条件的外资银行参与国债期货交易试点】3月19日讯，国务院办公厅印发《扎实推进高水平对外开放更大力度吸引和利用外资行动方案》。方案提出，优化外资金融机构参与境内资本市场有关程序，进一步便利外资金融机构参与中国债券市场。支持符合条件的外资金融机构按规定参与境内债券承销。研究稳妥推动更多符合条件的外资银行参与国债期货交易试点。
