一、关于工作。总体来看两句话：“尽力而为，量力而行”。
尽力而为的意思是，自己“责任心很强，干活也算利索，脸皮也薄，在乎他人评价”，所以就不过多计较自己比别人多干了多少，只要不过分多干，多干一些也没所谓。何况年轻的时候，多干一些也很正常。说不定过个多少年，回想起来当时有什么苦活难活是自己干的，也会有一些满足感和成就感。
量力而行的意思是，能做多少就做多少，不超出自己的承受能力。对于明显自己干不了、干不完的活，该跟领导诉苦诉苦，该想办法推辞就推辞，该放空自己就放空自己。
