如果确定被双规or判刑，是不是要主动退还本金+盈利？
还是说我只需要退还本金？

我也不敢去他家询问，万一给我摁那了，我岂不是亏大了。现在只能等消息，
如果确定我这一笔是赃款，我能不能留下盈利啊，不然白忙活了，心有不甘啊。
