指数的上涨是要分阶段和性质的：
当指数是中级上涨的时候，最好是追刚创新高的龙头股；
如果指数是超级上涨行情的时候，那么买进那些上涨趋势明显但刚刚回调到趋势线附近的个股，则要稳妥得多。
这轮恒指的回升目前看，更倾向是中级上涨行情，20-30%的幅度，也就是3500-5000点左右，在选择个股的时候，尽量选择刚创新高的强势股。
