我在市场里混了五年，统计了一下交易记录，大部分的持仓10-30天，利润率10%-18%。明确的大牛市持仓6-8个月，利润60%。其实非常一般，有的单子持仓半年，利润也就18%。止损的话，比较重大的亏损大概是3个月，损失30%，有一单熊市顶部最高位买入，套了两年，最深处-50%，割肉时-24%。
这就是我实际检验出来的结果。我的最大风险承受能力是30%投资损失，自身期望的风险承受能力是15%，通常持仓时间10-30天，一般能获利10-18%。牛市的时候持仓6-8月，能赚60%。惯用的买入点是日k级别调整后，卖出点是第一根大阴线，受不了利润回吐就会卖出。
