交易之路太难了，如果不能突破自己贪婪重仓的恶习，那么交易就是永远的地狱。放慢交易节奏，用4小时周期图或者日线图做交易，放弃用1小时甚至更短的周期做交易。短周期交易很容易情绪化的去赌行情，比如昨晚的利率决议，虽然方向都对了，但仓位太重，一个回杀就爆仓了，然后才开始上涨，然行情与我无关了。这种懊悔，持续了很多年，重复了很多遍，为什么还改不过来吗，我就是个垃圾！改不过来，誓不为人！
