Story: A year after losing her husband, Nicole and her young sons Justin and Jason settle in Purity Falls. At first, the family is welcomed with open arms. Especially their rich neighbor Courtney, who seems very kind, quickly providing Jason with odd jobs to supplement the family's income. However, Nicole soon notices that something is wrong, as her son leaves and returns at suspiciously late hours. When her young neighbor drowns in the pool, things start to get dangerous. Something is not right with the very friendly Courtney, who seems to be controlling her son.
