第四层：不迷本性而无惘
庄子说：“树不成材，方可免祸；人不成才，亦可保身也。人皆知有用之用，却不知无用之用也。”
树木弯曲，虽不能用，但是却不能妨碍他自由自在的生长。
人多追求完美，而忽略了事物本身。
就像每个父母总希望孩子能够学有所成，对孩子的期望值很大。
还把压力转化到孩子身上，造成孩子心理健康的风险。
最后孩子没有达成父母的愿望时就会指责、抱怨，最后自己成为内耗的那个人。
其实，只要孩子的本性是好的，身体健康就好。
人生在世，各有各的活法，不同的标准下，有着不同的价值。
