职业交易本质上就是一个孤独者的游戏，而成功者都会面临高处不胜寒的寂寞。现代团队的打造是将交易的流程分割为几个独立的区间，各部门分工协作，从而规避掉个人在做决定时的犹豫不决。但本质上依然是由核心操盘手掌控全局，制定策略，执行和风控交由团队其它部门完成。从交易的过程看，制定交易策略是最困难的，也是交易的核心部分。在这个阶段，团队是起不到什么作用的，职业交易员的能力发挥也是从这方面得到体现。
