日本央行行长刚刚讲完话，大体总结就是如讲，讲了和没讲没啥区别。另外，媒体也是有点东西的，这个标黑之后，给人一种日本央行要加息的错觉。
但是如果日本要加息，那后面就应该讲的是为什么要加息。

其次， 他还说“如果在通胀预期有所上升的情况下进行加息，那么实际利率可能几乎不会上升”，意思是，现在加了也白加。
