这出戒严闹剧，直接起因，是近几天，在野的共同民主党利用议席优势，在国会单方面推动针对总统府的预算削减案，同时，对涉嫌袒护尹锡悦妻子金建希的首尔中央地方检察厅多名高级检察官发起弹劾。检察官出身的尹锡悦面对“老窝被端"的风险，决不能忍。于是乎“冲冠一怒为红颜”，其实也是保护自身，但是效果很差，甚至有众叛亲离的可能。
