区间的行情尽量减少过于执着的方向，破位只做跟随，箱体之内高抛吸低都有错，靠近2655去空黄金，下来后在2635附近去接多，空的防守在2665上方，多的头防守在2625下方，卡住区间反复操作就行，破位了再跟随。
今天，还是前面的计划没变，可以反复来回操作，上面在2655上方空，下面在2635附近多，以2665上方作为空的防守，以2625下方作为多的防守，今晚两天随着非农数据的揭晓，很快区间会结束到时候再顺势跟进。
