高关税≠高物价
——美国加关税后历史情况
1930年正处于美国大萧条时期，美国通过了《斯穆特-霍利关税法》（Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act），大幅提高进口关税，1930-1933年也是美国历史上关税最高的时候，最高峰时达到50%+，但那段时间美国的经济问题是通货紧缩和物价下降，不是物价上涨。
1950年代，美国进口关税也较高，20%-25%之间，但美国也没有物价大幅上涨的情况发生。
