Broker Agent: get 100 clients and 30 active well give you compensation of 250usd.
IB :OK i have reached 100clients but only 20 active.
Broker: Sorry you didnt meet target so try again next month.
IB: so i get nothing not even 10usd and i have given u basically access to my 100 CLIENT database for free?
IB are always being judged by brokers and there employees who get a comfortable salaries Whether they perform or not.
80% of IB are dependent on the business and also get screwed over by some brokers that dont deliver on promises when work is done
I have personally dealt with a few.
Yes IB are not perfect neither are brokers so lets put ourselves in each others shoes to make the industry better then judging what we dont know fully.
