国际黄金:
现货黄金维持上涨趋势，一度逼近2680关口，最终收涨0.33%，报2669.53美元/盎司。
周四金价三连阳收取阳线，最低下探2655，最高2678一线，金价在通道趋势线压制后展开震荡 ；
今天来看，市场主要关注非农数据，失业率预期持平 ，非农预期利多黄金，结合ADP数据表现，今天还是有较大概率维持利多的 ！
还是秉着先做预期的原则，回调支撑做多为主，而后看数据表现交易，支撑点回看2660-2655，阻力继续看通道线压力2680一线！上方找还有阻力2697，下方还有支撑2630 ！
白盘做预期晚上做非农，操作上维持回调2655-63区域做多，反弹2680附近做空，各止损6个点，目标6-10个点！
国际原油：
因今年冬季比正常情况更寒冷，全球石油需求预计都将保持强劲。WTI原油最终收涨1.36%，报74.25美元/桶；
周四原油收取满阳，原油在73下方还是有稍强的买盘支撑，原油不是要下跌，目前处于调整阶段，就是我常说的时间换空间 ！
原油阻力还是看74.5和77 ，支撑点回看昨日抵达72.5和71，
