1.操作上面隔日多正确，黄金从1.7号企稳日K中轨后形成三连阳的拉升，白银同步连阳走高。短期趋势偏多运行中。
2.先做预期，在做计划 ，然后执行。今天重点关注大非农数据，不去猜测往上还是往下，但是要留意箱体2660-78两个位置，一旦企稳隔日高点2678，下周必定挑战2700上方概率很大。下方则关注2660强势下破则会走空头挑战。
3. 尊重市场客观信号，不要孤注一掷，连阳是多动能表现，空则相反。我们改变不了趋势，就跟随趋势为主，任何时候不要追单。
关键位置：支撑2655-60，等待关键位置附近结合突破or反转信号
