近期第二次因为加仓过重大幅回撤，同样的错误连范两次，不可原谅！上次犯错后总结教训：浮盈较大时应减仓，回调充分后再加仓，且仓位不能超过初始仓位的50%。这次没有记住教训，空道指加仓过大，触犯规则，损失惨重，教训深刻。镑澳微利止盈，原油止损。
另一个深刻教训：几度想专做黄金，想看大周期（周线）拿住黄金，都因为没有耐心等待，错失黄金大行情，自以为格局已经打开些，有些进步，其实还是在小时线甚至五分线上兜兜转转，该好好反思一下了，近段时间总是给自己找借口，因为太忙没有时间看盘，所以做的不尽如人意，但反思后来看，如果按周线拿黄金，（虽然有点马后炮的意思，可黄金周线看涨相信大部分交易员都看得出来）根本不需要那么多时间看盘，没时间反倒应该是有利条件。深刻反思吧！没人时抽自己两下不为过。#交易记录#
