B6. Under Article 202 of the Constitution of Guyana , the Power to make appointments on transfer vests in the Prime Minister with reference to -
I. Offices other than those in the preceding rule ,the holders of which are required to reside outside of Guyana for the proper discharge of their functions ; and
ii. such offices in the Minority of Foreign Affairs as may from time to time be designated by the Prime Minister .
