B9 The form Public Service Commission No.30-- " Applicants for Promotion " must be completed by all Public Servants applying for posts advertised to the Service by Staff Vacancy Circular . The completed form should be submitted to the Secretary ,Public Service Commission, and copy forwarded at the same time to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry or Head of Department in which in Public Servant is serving .
