Vacancies resulting from Retirement
B15 With regard to Vacancies which would arise as a result of the retirement of Public Servants serving within their Ministries / Departments , Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Departments shall submit to the Secretary, Public Service Commission ,at least four (4) months before the date on which the Public Servant is expected to proceed on leave prior to retirement ,
