H6 In each calendar year ( except the year on which he is proceeding on long vacation leave ) a public servant shall be eligible for annual leave of not more than twelve (12) working days ( i.e. excluding Sundays and National holidays ) provided that a public servant shall not be granted annual leave in the first months of service .
