H11 If a public servant has been appointed in accordance with Public Officers ( Acting Appointments and Acting Allowances ) Regulations 1958 to act in a higher post and at the time of his proceeding on long vacation leave has served a full tour of his acting appointment ,he shall be granted leave and leave passages at the rate applicable to public servants in receipt of salary equivalent to his substantive salary together with his Acting Allowance
