这两天交易都不在状态，昨天做多原油，本来止损55个点，但我根据形态把止损缩小了，把我止损扫了后开始上涨了近100个点，欧美做空介入时机不太好，抓到了行情尾巴又没有及时离场，手动止损了。而今天交易黄金，分析下方有空间在第一个圈的地方介入空单，因为我4小时线看空，就没有管它，后来行情反弹，我画了个通道，才发现它到达通道底部反弹，我没有及时离场，等它突破通道上方才保本出了，准备等它再发出信号做空，也没有留意，等到晚上9点多才追了个空。该操作的时候没有操作，没操作的时候操作了，今天操作还不够丝滑，还需要进一步打磨。
