截至2月25日，全球最大的黄金ETF SPDR Gold Trust持仓量为907.82吨，较前一个交易日增加0.29吨。2月25日，现货黄金大幅杀跌，盘中跌幅超过2%，最大下挫至2890.21美元/盎司，收盘回到2900美元/盎司上方，报2914.62美元/盎司，跌幅1.28%。在金价持续反弹之际，黄金ETF持仓量也继续增加。
基本面消息，2月25日，美国最新出炉的经济数据显示，美国2月消费者信心指数大幅下降，且消费者对未来的预期通胀也大幅升至6%，远超美联储2%的目标水平。随着美国经济增长引发市场担忧情绪升温，交易员也提高了美联储降息预期。
